Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on the item and shipping location. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Expedited Shipping: 5–10 business days (when available)

SHIPPING COSTSShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75, when applicable.

 


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.

 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations.International delivery times and rates vary by location. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

 


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order appears delayed, please allow extra time for delivery before contacting us.If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the last tracking update, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
