Refund policy

At Shar Cheyennes, we want you to love your order! Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

Requests must be submitted within 21 days of delivery.

Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging (if applicable).


2. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or color preference.

Shipping delays or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for refunds.


3. How It Works

If an item is damaged or defective, contact us at

sharcheyennesbrand@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s  responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Final Sale items and Gift Cards are non-refundable.

 

Refund Processing
